The staff were always very helpful. We arrived very very early via the Sleeper bus from Hanoi and they allowed us to rest in the foyer area until the main staff arrived and they allowed us to check in early. Breakfast was very tasty with a number of options. The view of the hillside from the breakfast area was absolutely spectactular. Its location is very near to the center of Sapa.
